Every screener strategy on trendlyne, including the ones built by users, come with a screener alert setup.

 

 

The Screener Alert feature (example) comes into play as soon as you have found an investing strategy that you like.  If you like the backtest results on your strategy, you can set an alert on it, which will tell you when there is a change – whenever a stock enters or leaves the strategy. The strategy will keep running in background for you, and informing you when a new stock meets the strategy criteria, or when an existing stock no longer qualifies.

This allows you to keep investing based on stocks entering and leaving the strategy. 

For longer term strategies, set a monthly alert. For others, set a shorter-term alert that is weekly/daily/hourly.
